This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the pool is open from May until September. Heating is charged extra, at a daily rate. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 0.30 per kWh when used. Please note, heating comes at an extra charge of EUR 0.50 per hour of consumption.
