With 2 fully fitted bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher, the Marinedda is set on 2 levels and has BBQ facilities. Two bedrooms have a balcony, and a flat-screen TV is also included. You benefit from discounts on sun loungers and parasols at the beach.
From 1 May to 15 October 2013, you can also sample seafood for lunch and have breakfast at the restaurant on the beach. Transfers to Olbia and Alghero airports can be organised upon request. A bus to the Isola Rossa island stops 800 metres from the villa.

Arrival and departure times

Please inform A.I.R. Villa Marinedda in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception desk is open from 9:00 until 13.30 and from 15:30 until 20:00. A surcharge may apply for arrivals after 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
