Art expositions take place on site. The main entrance is through a double staircase leading to a terrace. The lobby is decorated with original French stuccoes, and leads to 4 lounges, including a dining hall, a billiards room, a tea room, and a play room.

The owner Carlotta Cernigliaro will welcome you in the company of her dogs Sabù and Gea. The pizzeria is open daily for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is open on advanced request. Homemade cakes and croissants are served daily for breakfast.

The property offers free parking, and is 500 metres from the village of Sordevolo. The bus to/from Biella stops right outside the main gate.
