This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in takes place at Hotel Diana, located in Via Tibullio, 34. Staff will then show you to your apartment, approximately 150 metres away. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
