This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the swimming pool is available between May and September. Please note that cash payments of EUR 3000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
