Residence Primera, Moniga : Description
Set in Moniga, Residence Primera offers a large garden with a pool, tennis court and BBQ. Apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or patio, some overlooking Lake Garda. The Primera Residence includes a mini market, restaurant and bar.
It provides entertainment from the end of May until mid September. The swimming pool is open from April until October. There is also a children's playground, table tennis and darts. In the apartments there is a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.
The residence provides free parking and is 10 minutes' drive from Gardagolf Country Club. You have discounts for a number of local attractions including Aqua Paradise, Natura Viva and Movieland.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.
