Apartment with private outdoor area on the ground floor or balcony on the second floor, without lift, behind the building. The assignment of the floor of the apartment is only at the discretion of the reception. Special requests (eg mobility difficulties) are subject to availability. The apartment will be prepared (towels/sheets and sofa/s opening) for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Even if there are two sofas, if the presence of a fifth or sixth person is not indicated, the apartment will be arranged for the number of people indicated (e.g. 4 people indicated = set for 4 people, 1 double bed, 1 open sofa bed ). It is not possible to book up to 4 people and then show up with 6 people, since during the booking phase the cost is different depending on the number of people indicated.

Please inform Residence Marinella in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The reception has opening hours: from 9am to 1pm and then from 4pm to 7pm. Outside these hours, our staff is not physically present in the property; In the event that you plan to arrive outside opening hours, you must notify us well in advance. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
