The recently built Casa Federica is located in a quiet area in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. It offers a spacious garden, free private parking, and comfortable self-catering accommodation. All apartments are decorated in a rustic style, featuring wooden furniture and some have wood-beamed ceilings.
Each comes with an en suite bathroom, a seating area, and a kitchenette equipped with cutlery, a microwave and a dishwasher. All apartments offer views of the mountains or of the surrounding garden. The Federica Casa also features Wi-Fi access and ski storage.
Weather permitting, you can also use the BBQ facilities in the garden. Bormio, with its ski slopes and spas, is just a 5-minute drive from the property. Livigno is 40 km away. Guests enjoy discounts at various restaurants, ski schools and sports stores, as well as at the town’s Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi thermal spas.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 22:00 until 00:00. After 00:00 late check-in comes at a surcharge of EUR 100. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from October until mid June.
