Arrival and departure times

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Relais San Basilio Convento in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 5 per day when used. The apartments are reached via steps and so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds.
