Please inform Le Arselle in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Check-in: Agenzia Immobiliare Nuova Maremaremma, Viale Tirreno, 29. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. Please note that final cleaning is not included. You have to bring your own bed linen and towels.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
