The grounds include a playground and barbecue facilities. All apartments on the estate come with terracotta floors and a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a separate living room with sofa and satellite TV.

The Pegaso horse-riding centre is 10 km away, and Poggio dei Medici Golf Club is a 20-minute drive.
