Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 15 September (fee applies) All guests must be present at the checkin. Please let Sweet Venice - locazione turistica know your preferred check in time at least 3 days in advance as there is no 24-hour reception. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) have to be communicated to the accommodation with a notice of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€ For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€ Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible. All late check-in have to be approved by the accommodation. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. People no matter the age stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
