Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Alloggi Acquavita - checkin at "Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo" in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the check-in and key collection takes place at c/o Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo, Barbaria de le Tole 6402, 30122 Venezia (700 metres from the accommodation). Check-in should always be arranged at least 72 hours in advance using the Special Request box. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 15 from 19:00 until 20:00 - EUR 30 from 20:00 until 21:00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is at 21:00. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link or a QR code to a secured payment platform. Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 01 September. All guests have to be present at the check-in. From April to the end of September the property offers an Italian breakfast in the alley at the cost 10,00€ per person per day. In compliance with the provisions of Ministry for the Ecological Transition, in this accommodation the heating system can be kept turned on only during the period from October 22 to April 7, not more than 13 hours per day, the weighted average air temperature shall not exceed 19 degrees Celsius.
