Please inform Casa Raiola by CapriRooms in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note the property is set on 1 of the upper floors of a building with no lift. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 14 years old stay for € 80 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
