Agriturismo Cassinazza, Orsenigo : Description
Built in the 1600s, Agriturismo Cassinazza is a charming manor house that has farm animals and produces its own meat and dairy products. It is in the Lombardy countryside, 2 km outside Orsenigo. Rooms have different designs but all have a classic style with wooden furniture.
Each one is air conditioned and includes free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Cassinazza is family run and has a children's playground in the garden. You can visit the farm's pigs, cows and sheep and taste homemade yoghurt, cheese and cold meats.
A sweet Italian breakfast is served buffet style each morning. The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner and serves traditional dishes from the region. Free parking is provided and a car is recommended for all guests.
Lake Alserio and Lake Pusiano are a few minutes away by car. Como, on Lake Como, is 20 minutes' drive away.
