Set in Baveno on the west shore of Lake Maggiore, Residence Ortensia offers a large garden with a BBQ, sun loungers and parasols. It also has a free private beach and well-equipped apartments. Each apartment is air conditioned and has a comfortable lounge with kitchenette.

The private beach, 100 metres away, is open from April until September and includes free sun loungers and parasols. Mount Mottarone is ideal for hiking excursions, while Lake Orta is 20 minutes away by car.
Free parking is provided and the nearest A26 motorway exit is 2 km away.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in takes place at Rigoli Hotel 100 metres away, Via Piave 48. Please note that rates include final cleaning and 3 sets of towels per person that are changed every 3 days.
