You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will authorise your credit card before arrival. Full payment is due upon check-in. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests must leave the kitchen clean. Summer air conditioning (cooling) is not included and will be charged EUR 1 per hour when used. Winter heating is included in the rent. Check-in after regular check-in hours might be available sometimes (not always) for a €50 service charge. The location where to pick up the keys will be different from the apartment's address, in most cases at a ten minute taxi drive. Late check-ins must be confirmed by the property, which in that occasion will inform as to where to pick up the keys.
